Liberty University
Network Engineer (Jul ’21 – present)
Develop code for APIs and other applications with the university’s VOIP-Dev integration team. Set up back end configurations with teams and skills in Cisco Finesse and Upstream Works.
Systems Engineer / Deployment Specialist (Nov ’15 – Jun ’21)
Create and manage deployment processes for developers. Working in both Linux and Windows environments as a point of contact regarding the deployment of applications to development, test, and production environments. Set up automation through using Ansible suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc) and Udeploy. Executed processes through Ansible. Containerized applications with Docker and Openshift as part of effort to make them more portable and up to date. Created containers and pipelines for deployment of Spring Java applications. Worked with Blackboard building block deployments and automation as well. Constructed websites for internal use and hiring. Helped set up test automations and test/trouble shoot code as well. Helped look for new software and was second to the team lead.
Support Associate / Specialist (Jan ’12 – Nov ’15)
Manage over 1000 campus computers tracking data, troubleshooting issues, and installation for both Windows and Apple computers. This includes the set up and maintenance of the university labs (i.e., cinematic and music departments), library, public computer lab, as well as students’ personal laptops. Creates local web/login pages for faculty and staff use. Provides services to hundreds of daily customers including students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Coach apprentices and student workers. Leading parts of projects implementing new perceptive pixel stations in newly constructed library. Promoted from Support Associate to Support Specialist II in 2013.

Managed website and migrated technology with the change of ownership. Helped drastically reduce costs of equipment and services. Set up equipment and software for owner.
Kutztown University
Desktop Services Specialist (Aug ’10 – May ’11)
In the University’s Technology Help Center repair both desktop and laptop computers and printers. Set up and maintain networks for computers and printers. Includes with working on normal software programs was the opportunity to work with computer imaging.
Exeter Township School District
Support Specialist (Jan ’10 – Aug ’10)
As a Technical Apprentice learned to repair laptops, desktops, and printers of various types for the school district. Configure network printers and deployed images. Promoted to a part time Technical Support Person with the additional responsibility to ensure all school district software worked on their computers. Install and manage new classroom technology (i.e., projectors, speakers, SMART Boards, etc).

I took several classes relating to computer programming and graphic design. My senior year, I was approved to do an apprenticeship with my school district’s Information Technology department, which ended up to me working with them over the summer as a paid position until I left for college.

I helped with construction on multiple small homes for those who have been destroyed during the full scale invasion in the Kyiv Oblast.
Exeter Bible Church

Youth Group Leader, colaborated with music team for songs and slides. Designed music slides, set up and tear down equipment every week, designed and organized youth group website. Was also a student leader for teaching younger students. Taught tech skills to new and upcoming students interested in helping.
Hurricane Katrina Relief
Vacation Bible School leader & dEBRIS Cleanup (July 2007)
In 2007 I traveled with a team to lead a week long vacation bible school camp for children in Slidell, Louisiana. We also went to communities that were still affected by the hurricane to help clean up debris, mow lawns, etc.
